This legal notice (the “Notice”) is issued by 2851778 Ontario Inc. (the “Corporation”), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. The Corporation owns and operates the internet domain name python.xyz (the “Domain”) on behalf of the The Modern Python and Web3 User Group (“MPW3UG”) located in Toronto, Canada.
The Corporation affirms that the Domain is used exclusively in connection with the activities of MPW3UG. The MPW3UG is an open community that is free to join by interested individuals. However, the Domain has not been used, licensed, or associated with any other business, product, service, or project. Any unauthorized use of the Domain is strictly prohibited and will be remedied to the fullest extent of the law.
All rights relating to the Domain, including but not limited to ownership, use, and control, are expressly reserved by the Corporation.
